Refund policy

At Animal House Rescue Gary's Place, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Since our products are fulfilled through a third-party dropshipper, please review our policy below.

Returns & Refunds: We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at grtsdca@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items: Donation products are non-refundable.

Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
